These drop-in sessions are perfect for artists who are keen on refining their work and their individual style.
During each session we will examine your paintings together and identify areas for enhancement based on the elements of art. We will look at the work of artists you admire and study what makes their paintings successful. We will also explore new techniques and approaches to deepen your style, with a focus on aspects like colour theory, composition, brushwork, design and more.

For ten years, I've immersed myself in acrylic painting, finding joy in imperfection and the fusion of diverse artistic styles. As an Exhibiting member of the Federation of Canadian Artists since 2021, my work has been shown in numerous juried exhibits. My passion lies in painting, and I'm eager to inspire both beginning and intermediate artists as they bring their visions to life.

How does it work?
I hold drop-in sessions at my studio every Wednesday from 2pm to 3:30pm. I can host from 2 to 4 students. If you wish to drop in, please contact me to see if there are still spots available. If so, I will then send you a link to pay for the session.
Where are the classes held?
The classes are at my Qualicum Beach studio. It is possible to have the class online if you take it privately.
I have taken a beginners class. Is this class for me?
Yes, if you enjoy painting and seek some feedback and guidance, this class is for you!
How many students per class?
My classes have a maximum capacity of 4 students, allowing for personalized guidance.
Do you teach children?
Teenagers considering a career in art and wanting to build a portfolio are welcome.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you request to cancel the class at least 7 days prior to the start date, you will receive a credit that can be redeemed for a future class within one year from the date of your original class purchase.
