Course Summary
Join me for a fun and interactive session at my home studio in Qualicum Beach. You will be painting your own version of this beautiful poppy garden scene with acrylic paint using a limited palette of blue, red, yellow, white and black.
You will practice mixing colours, simplifying a complex subject matter and painting loosely and expressively.
High quality supplies will be provided, and you'll take home your masterpiece.

Where are the classes held?
The classes are held in my ocean view home studio in Qualicum Beach.
When are the classes held?
I teach a this class almost every month. You can also book as a group for a special event - 4 people maximum. Please contact me for more information or to be put on a waitlist for future classes.
Is there a supply list?
Supplies are included with this course, but it's wise to bring an apron! If you would like a supply list, just ask and I'll be happy to send you one.
Do you need to know how to draw to take this class?
Absolutely not! In this painting class, drawing skills are not a prerequisite. Painting is its own art form, and the techniques we'll cover don't rely on drawing expertise. Whether you're a beginner or not confident in drawing, I will guide you through painting techniques that don't necessitate advanced drawing skills. It's about exploring painting as a unique mode of expression, welcoming all skill levels to create beautiful art.
How many students per class?
My classes have a maximum capacity of 4 students, allowing for a lot of personal attention and feedback.
Do you teach children?
Children 12 and older are welcome as long as they are taking the class with an adult.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you request to cancel the class at least 7 days prior to the start date, you will receive a credit that can be redeemed for a future class within one year from the date of your original class purchase.
